Perhaps you would like to visit Miztec ruins in Mexico or experience Brazil's passion for soccer firsthand. A high school study abroad program in the Americas is an excellent way to learn Spanish or Portuguese or improve your current foreign language skills. The only country in the Americas with a language requirement is Ecuador, which requires one year of previous Spanish language study.
